TFG Crown Partners, L.P. is an entrepreneurial private real estate investment firm that specializes in retail acquisition and re-development. Our success is indicative of the strength of relationships we have established with investors, retailers, developers and municipalities.

TFG was formed by Michael Starcher and James “Corky” Nix in 2013 as a “platform” company in which to transact deals. Prior to the formation of TFG, Starcher and Nix purchased and managed deals within
Clearview Investments, Ltd. and related entities. Their success has resulted in over 6,900,000 million square
feet of redeveloped retail centers. Clearview is a 35 year old real estate investment company which Starcher has been President of since 2003 and Nix has been a Partner since 2001.

TFG and Clearview continue to share office and personnel resources for new and existing projects.
The Companies have ongoing joint ownership in projects.
